This 8-week journey will help you improve your leg flexibility through 12 carefully structured and intensive stretching classes, plus a bonus pole choreography session to celebrate your progress.
Each session builds on the last, combining clear technique, targeted drills, and active flexibility work to unlock real gains in your hamstrings, hip flexors, and overall mobility.
But this challenge is more than just physical.
It’s about showing up with determination—even when it burns. It’s about developing not only a stronger body, but also a stronger mindset. You’ll train your patience and your ability to stay focused under tension.

How It Works?
✔ 3 guided classes per week (recommended: Mon, Wed, Fri – or follow your own pace).
✔ Online access for 8 weeks – repeat the sessions as often as you like!
✔ Progressive structure for safe, effective results.
